Domestic Shipping (within the USA)

We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, during regular business hours. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within the next 1-2 business days, excluding weekends.

All orders are shipped out from New York, USA. Orders with standard shipping usually take 3-7 business days from the day it ships to arrive to its final destination, according to where you are located.

We most certainly do! Free standard shipping is applied to all domestic orders (within US) for all orders $50+. 

Please note, free shipping is applied after discount codes have been submitted; and your subtotal remains above $50.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking information. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Orders, Payments, and Promotions

We believe this to be the result of the USPS incorrectly marking packages as delivered based on the GPS of the truck’s route. Several of our other customers have experienced similar issues & received their items in the following days.

We currently accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Amazon Payments.

As of 01/13/21, Afterpay is no longer available as a payment option on CosBellus. If you have any questions or concerns about this transition, please reach out to our customer experience team at hello@symphonybeauty.com

Domestic sales tax will be applied to orders based on order destination and in compliance with federal, state and local laws.

All Symphony Beauty policies are subject to change without advanced notice.

Everybody loves a good deal, right? 

As a quick reminder, only one discount code can be applied per order, & each code can only be used once per customer. 

Discount codes are not valid on previous orders, gift cards, auto-delivery items, routine builders & a few other promotional items. Other restrictions may apply.

We are happy to make any changes to your order as long as it is not shipped out yet (if you contact us the day of placing your order). Please note, we cannot always guarantee that the change will be made as we work as fast as lightening to get your order to you as fast as possible! Cancellations, Missing Items, Returns/Damages

We’re sorry you didn’t love your new products! We want you to love your shopping experience with us as much as possible, which is why we’re here to help!

Our policy is that we are happy to accept returns on both new and gently used products within 30 days of receipt. You can do so by contacting our team at hello@symphonybeauty.com to process your order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges. We cannot accept empty or more than half empty products. We will only accept new and unopened products. 

*Return shipping is at the expense of the customer in the event your products are to be returned to us.

The label is generated for the convenience of our customers. However, we are happy to accept packages regardless of what shipping method is used by the customer — if a more cost effective shipping method is found.

We just ask in those cases, to prevent any delays, that name and order number be included inside of the parcel.

Please note that all sale items are non-refundable.

We’re so sorry to hear of your concern. Sometimes, the products in your order may be split into two (or more) fulfillments. Please kindly check your inbox for any additional tracking information.

If after you’ve looked into your inbox and you find no additional tracking information and your item is indeed missing, please reach out to us and we will make sure to ship this ASAP.
