"I created Symphony Beauty for my wife and our daughters and have always valued that the foundation of our brands is to help improve women’s lives from the inside-out while also giving back to the community."

Veteran-Owned Symphony Beauty Partners with Foundation For Women Warriors.
The beauty brand made to honor women will donate a portion of proceeds to FFWW, an organization dedicated to supporting women veterans and their children.

We are excited to announce our partnership with the Foundation for Women Warriors (FFWW). The partnership will help advance our initiatives to support veterans.

From the battlefield to the beauty industry, Marine veteran James Jo founded Symphony Beauty in 2015 for his then-pregnant wife with the belief that everyone everywhere deserves, natural skincare with simple, quality ingredients at affordable prices. James is a proud Korean American veteran and New York City native who gained a decade of experience in the cosmetic industry after serving in Iraq. His mission to support women, community, and veterans is integrated into his brands, with a portion of annual sales donated to aligned organizations. FFWW is a natural fit.

Foundation for Women Warriors serves women veterans and their children, so their next mission is clear and continues to impact the world. FFWW is the only organization solely focused on enhancing the personal and economic wellbeing of women veterans and their children. FFWW provides financial management education and financial assistance for housing, utilities, and childcare, as well as professional development

“Since I first felt the calling to defend my country on 9/11, the military has been part of me. I am honored to work with a women-centric veteran organization with a mission so aligned with my own. They do incredible work.”

Private and public partnerships are critical in solving the issues our communities face. We look forward to the joint impact we will have in partnership with Symphony Beauty. It’s an added bonus that two Marines are leading this effort.”
